A new modern extension wraps around an existing Victorian terrace creating a clear distinction between the old and the new. Working closely with architecture studio MHNDU we created a large, open plan dwelling of concrete, timber and bronze which opens itself up to the harbour views. The spaces can then be closed off via sliding screens which allow the light to filter through to great effect.
